Can I print out the quote?

Yes you can. You can print the draft quote or you can email the quote to yourself, by putting your email address in the customer details. 

Can I print out the invoice?

Yes you can. You can either print out the draft invoice, or email the invoice to yourself, by changing the customer details, and then print the pdf attached to the email.

How do I accept a quote?

From the dashboard (My Jobs) select 'Quote - sent' from the drop down menu and then click on the relevant job. Now you can click the 'Quote accepted' button. Now you will be able to invoice this job.

How do I 'Not accept' a quote?

If you want to mark a quote as 'not accepted, from the dashboard (My Jobs) select 'Quote - sent' from the drop down menu and then click on the relevant job. Now you can click the 'Quote not accepted' button. You can change the job status later if you wish.

How do I 'Cancel' a quote?

If you want to mark a quote as 'cancelled', from the dashboard (My Jobs) select 'quote - sent' from the drop down menu and then click on the relevant job. Now you can click the 'Cancel quote' button. You can change the job status later if you wish to.
